The head of the scouting department, Moshe Sinai: "The process is that the children come here to register, get shirts with numbers and names, everything is arranged down to the smallest detail. We divided them into games on two pitches and we are here to be personally impressed. We have to be in as many areas in the country as possible. We have development centers for players and we are working on giving the young children a chance and we can build them slowly for the future. We will look at the children's technique, but later we will examine the players on parameters like speed, power The teams in Shefayim and there we will do the most thorough assessments".
